A glimpse of what’s possible. Illustrative design.

A clear job. A clear price.

Choose your starting point · Review the work · Get a useful handover

Three ways to get started

Small enough to start.
Useful enough to matter.

Choose the closest fit. We’ll check your brief and confirm exactly what’s included before you commit.

02 / A focused improvement

Website fix

£150–£200 guide price

A specific problem resolved without taking on a whole new website.

  • One issue diagnosed before we quote
  • For example: a broken enquiry route or awkward mobile section
  • A clear description of the agreed fix
  • Checks against the original problem
  • A short record of what changed

Send the page link and what’s going wrong. Platform, access and complexity determine the final quote.

03 / Less repetitive admin

Enquiry setup

£250 fixed-scope pilot

A useful fit when you copy website enquiries into a spreadsheet or need the right details before replying.

  • One form with up to three service paths
  • One Google Sheet with a record for each enquiry
  • An alert to your agreed business inbox
  • Placement on one compatible website page
  • Delivery tests, one revision and a handover

Uses Tally with its standard branding. We confirm account access, email routing and scope before quoting. CRM connections and ongoing monitoring are separate.

Know what’s included.

Starter pricing uses your supplied logo, images and approved business information. Domains, hosting, paid assets, software subscriptions and ongoing support are separate. Larger websites, migrations, ecommerce and custom applications need their own quote. No work starts until the scope and total price are agreed.

Choose only what you need

A website first.
A workflow when it helps.

£400 — Starter website. One page, up to five sections and a basic contact route. Choose this when you need a clear online presence.

£250 — Enquiry workflow. Add service-specific questions, a spreadsheet record and an inbox alert. Available for a compatible existing website or alongside a new build.

£650 — Both standard scopes together. The website and enquiry workflow, with one agreed brief. You do not need the add-on just to receive a basic website enquiry.

We confirm platform compatibility, account ownership, deliverables and any third-party charges in your written quote. Live availability, booking systems, payments and ongoing support are separate.

Built for our own business

From an enquiry
to a clear next step.

Our own website uses this setup. A visitor chooses a service, we receive the relevant details, and a record is saved for follow-up.

  1. 01 / Ask

    The right questions

The form adapts to the service selected. A website repair asks for a page link and the problem; a new website asks about the business and its goal.

  2. 02 / Record

    One place to find it

Each submission creates a spreadsheet record with its own reference. A returning customer can send a new enquiry without losing their earlier one.

  3. 03 / Respond

    An alert in your inbox

The agreed inbox receives the enquiry details. You review the request and reply personally, with the information you need in front of you.

Tested with sample enquiries.

We checked all three service paths, spreadsheet delivery and email alerts. This is our own working setup, not a client case study or a claim about increased sales.

A few helpful answers

Clear expectations.
Better projects.

The details that matter
before we begin.

What do I get for £400?

One page with up to five agreed sections, a copy draft, mobile-friendly design, basic page titles and descriptions, and one basic contact form or an existing booking link. Spreadsheet routing, service-specific question paths and automated workflow setup are not included in this package. One consolidated revision, launch checks and a handover are included. You supply your logo, images and business facts. Extra pages, custom applications and third-party costs are separate.

Do I need the £250 enquiry setup as well?

Only if you need the extra workflow. The £400 website already includes a basic contact form or an existing booking link. The £250 setup adds a form with service paths, a Google Sheet and an alert to your agreed inbox. Both standard scopes together are £650, subject to compatibility and an agreed brief. You can also add the workflow to a suitable existing website. Third-party fees are separate and confirmed before work starts.

How quickly can you deliver?

For a suitable starter website, we target three working days once the brief, assets and access are ready. We confirm the actual schedule before you commit. Larger builds, integrations and delays in receiving content can take longer.

Can you work with my existing website?

Yes, subject to its platform and the access available. Send us the link and the issue. We’ll check whether a focused fix makes sense or whether a larger update needs a separate quote. We can plan around your existing domain and business email.

What does the £250 enquiry setup cover?

One Tally form with up to three service paths and ten questions visible on any path, one Google Sheet, an alert to one agreed business inbox, and placement on one compatible website page. It includes one revision, sample-enquiry delivery tests and a handover. Tally branding stays visible. Accounts belong to you; we confirm access and any email-forwarding verification before starting. CRM routing, custom branding, customer confirmation emails and ongoing monitoring need a separate scope.

Can I see an example of the enquiry setup?

See how our own setup works, then explore the form below. It is our real business enquiry form: submitting it sends us a message. You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Do you use AI?

We use AI to assist with drafting, design and development, with personal review before delivery. We choose automation around the task. If an AI feature is part of your project, we agree what information it uses and where human approval is needed. Customer-facing AI drafts are reviewed before sending.

Are the design examples real client projects?

They are original concepts for fictional businesses, made to show different design directions and interactions. They are not customer results or testimonials. Your site is scoped around your own business, content and needs.

What happens after the handover?

You receive the agreed source files or setup notes, along with information about the services your project depends on. Hosting, software fees, future changes and ongoing support are agreed separately. We’ll clarify ownership and maintenance before work starts.

Will a new website guarantee more customers?

No. We can improve how clearly you explain your services and how easily visitors can contact you. Sales, search rankings and traffic depend on your offer, audience and other factors. We agree checks we can demonstrate, such as a usable mobile layout or an enquiry reaching the right inbox.
